   On-site diagnosis

   The technician inspects the full system before quoting anything. That means checking refrigerant pressure, capacitors, contactors, the coil, and the drain line — not just the part that looks broken.

   Written quote before work starts

   You get a written price that lists what we found, what parts are needed, and what the labor covers. Nothing gets touched until you approve it in writing.

   Repair and test

   We do the repair, then run the system through a full cooling cycle to confirm it is working correctly before we leave. We do not call the job done until the house is actually cooling down.

   Walkthrough and honest assessment

   Before we pack up, we tell you the condition of the rest of the system in plain terms. If something else looks like it will fail in the next year, we say so — not to sell you something, but because you should know.
